Repair/Replacement Warranty Policy
1. In case of any issues or warranty claims, the customer needs to contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email.
2. Wherever the warranty is valid.
3. After our customer service authorizes the defect, further instructions are communicated to the customer.
4. All defective products are required to be shipped to our service centre. The forward shipping fee is to be paid by the customer, whereas we will ship the repaired product free of cost to the customer.
5. If the customer attempts to self-repair the product or opens the screws/seal, the warranty will no longer cover the product.
6. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product reaches our service centre; the customer will receive a mail or phone call once the product has arrived us.
7. The defective product will be replaced or repaired at per company's discretion.
8. Abusive Use: There will be a breach of warranty if the product is misused (abusive use). Aegon will provide a repair of the product only one time. After the usage of a one-time repair, the customer needs to pay for the parts, which will be classified as abusive use.
